At first, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed shipping date and the inconvenience this caused you.
Now, I will briefly introduce our shipping process:
We have one warehouse in German and two in the USA. We also have a maintenance spot in Califonia. But sometimes Teamgee electric skateboards will out of stock in the warehouse when the Cargo can't arrive on time. In this case, we will wait for the Cargo to arrive or ship the Teamgee board directly to you from China by express. And most of the electric skateboard's accessories will be shipped directly from China by express. Besides, I need to mention that the electric skateboard in the German Warehouse can only be shipped to European countries and the USA warehouse can only fulfill the orders from USA customers. This is why we ship packages to other countries from China.
Here is the trouble, we have off the office from January 18, 2020, to start our Chinese New Year holiday, and expected to back to work from January 31, 2020. During our holiday, the logistics company in China also stop receiving the packages from us. So we can't ship packages out from China in this period, while the oversea warehouse can work normally. During these days, we also can't get a quick response from our transport agent when you ask the tracking information of a parcel in transit as almost everyone are on the holiday.
Unfortunately, in order to keep the medical epidemic under control in China, the stoppage for the Chinese New Year holidays has been postponed. A good part of China only returns to normal from the 10th. One of our colleagues has back to our factory in China to pack the packages, but the logistics company unable to operate until the 10th. So we have to postpone the shipping date of your package. We sincerely apologize for it and really sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. But we will ship your package out asap from the 10th. Please wait for a few more days patiently and thanks for your understanding and patience.
